Laid out into 10 sections to coordinate with each proposed solution, Weber (Be Calm) describes what brain fog is, how it can be determined, and what readers can do to reduce or eliminate it. The ongoing pandemic, world crises, and technology can enhance or initiate brain fog, making this a continuously relevant self-help title. Most of the text is dedicated to illustrating individual scenarios that the reader can consider to recognize symptoms in themselves. This leaves a much smaller portion of each section detailing how to resolve the issue, but readers will still gain guidance to outline realistic steps to overcome it. Readers will benefit from reading the entire book, instead of concentrating on the parts that pertain just to them; many of the sections tie into one another, and there's a recap of the previous solutions. VERDICT This title is more about the issue of brain fog than solutions, but its numerous detailed examples are quite relatable.--Elizabeth Chandler
